Bvlgari Bodrum

A New Bvlgari Bodrum Resort on Turkey’s Aegean Peninsula — Here’s What to Expect

You’d never think Bodrum was once little more than a fishing village. The Marina, a chic haven for yachts of all shapes and sizes, makes a lavish introduction to a stretch of coastline that includes glittering retreats like Six Senses and Amanruya, and the exclusive Scorpios Bodrum. In 2024, the Maxx Royal Bodrum Resort unveiled 282 suites and villas, alongside a wellness centre, art installations, and gourmet restaurants, while in 2025, OKU Bodrum welcomed an adults-only, cliffside retreat with 58 rooms, Japanese-fusion dining, and sea-facing yoga shala.

The next big opening in Bodrum is set to be fully revealed in 2027 on a private ten-hectare peninsula, a new addition to the Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts collection, adding to a property portfolio that includes spots in destinations such as Milan, London, Dubai, Bali, and Shanghai.

What we know about Bvlgari Resort Bodrum: 40 Villas and 101 Residences

Bvlgari’s Bodrum resort will sit on the tip of a private peninsula, and promises a distillation of everything you’d expect of a Bvlgari hotel: signature dining spaces, wellness areas, entertainment, and the elegance and craft of the Italian maison, paired with a distinctly Aegean spirit. There’ll be 43 rooms and suites, and an additional 40 villas with terraced pools and sweeping sea views. Upping the exclusivity somewhat are the 101 Bvlgari Manion residences, Bvlgari’s first on the Mediterranean, draped across the hillsides and beaches of the peninsula. Each residence has heaps of embedded privacy, big pools, and sublime coastal views.

Designed by ACPV ARCHITECTS, whose work includes other iconic Bvlgari hotels (including Bvlgari Paris), every structure is intended as a dialogue with the natural slope, terraces, and shoreline found across this picturesque slice of Bodrum. For example, the spa will be set into the manicured gardens along with the pools and at least one al fresco restaurant. Additionally, Bulgari promises a broad focus on sustainability, which is set to include importing new vegetation to the region.
