Why Six Senses Milan Might Be the Most Anticipated Hotel Opening of 2026: Sky Pool, Spa & Courtyard Dining

A brand new luxury hotel Six Senses Milan, set to open in 2026, will mark the brand’s sustainable entry into Italy’s fashion capital and its second urban hotel, following its inaugural urban venture in Rome in 2023. Located at Via Brera 19 in the city’s charming Brera quarter, the new Six Senses hotel offers 68 rooms, 15 of which are suites, including two with private plunge pools.

A Sustainable Mindset and Chic Inner City Spa are Highlights at the New Six Senses Milan

Inside Six Senses, Milan, expect stunning interiors ornamented with beautiful arabescato marble and antique brass detailing, smoked glass accents, mosaic borders, and textured ceilings.

Sustainability is a large part of the Six Senses ethos, so expect eco-friendly furnishings and materials, and, for those hoping for a more active involvement, an Earth Lab. Earth Lab is an intriguing concept that invites guests into workshops to create zero-waste candles and other items to take away as keepsakes of their time at the hotel.

Of course, this is a Six Senses hotel, so the spa should be a little bit special. This one is designed as a wellness sanctuary, promising a blend of cutting-edge recovery treatments and holistic therapies.

And while it’s a central, urban setting, treatments are to be administered in a serene internal courtyard, overlooking tranquil gardens, ideal for restoration after a busy day shopping in Quadrilatero d’Oro. There’s also a sky pool, but if you’d prefer to bathe in privacy, take one of the two private plunge pool rooms for a truly remarkable inner city escape.

There will be a variety of culinary options in Six Senses Milan, including a restaurant and deli in the courtyard.

Located in the charming Brera district, this new Six Senses property promises convenient access to Brera’s cobbled streets, cafes, and galleries, as well as a short walk to Milan’s exceptional Duomo.

Room Prices at Six Senses Milan: Here’s What to Expect in 2026

Six Senses hasn’t released official room or suite pricing for their Milan hotel yet. Their site just launched bookings via email and the app, but exact rates aren’t listed publicly.

However, looking at their other luxury urban properties (like Milan’s Six Senses Rome, plus many of their resorts), and according to a recent overview, nightly rates for Six Senses hotels almost never dip below £1,000–1,500 (~US $1,200–1,800), with many starting closer to $2,000+ per night.
